Starting August 29, 2025, all imported goods—regardless of value—will be subject to import duties and taxes under this policy.
The previous duty-free exemption for low-value shipments (de minimis) will no longer apply.

Under this Presidential Executive Order, postal items containing goods imported for personal consumption will no longer be exempt from customs duties as of August 29 of this year, and such items will be subject to tariffs. However, as of today, the specific procedures for declaring these dutiable items to U.S. Customs and paying the applicable duties remain unclear.

Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that mail items addressed to the United States may be subject to delivery delays or returns, and we request that you aware of this when you place an order.
